Sydney Trains Services Panel Contract

AJM United were successful in 2020 and selected to be on a panel of contractors to service Sydney Trains for supply, fabrication, and installation, inc. possession weekends.

Scope of Works:

• Bridges
• Retaining walls
• Overhead wire structure repairs
• Culverts and Tunnels
• Handrails
• Devegitation
• Civil defects remediation
• Weekend possession work

Other SoW includes Civil & Structural Works to repair defects. Repair on OHWS replace damage bolts with new, repair to damage columns, welding, handrail repairs, and remediation to culverts, tunnels, and bridges to repair cracks, seepages, and other types of defects as listed in the defect list by ST examiners; using specified products as per ST TMC repair standards. De-vegetation was required to locate and or access the defect. For these repairs AJM has a fulltime PO2.

Multiple Weekend possessions to install new structure, remove old and or remediate defects . Working in high rail equipment to complete SoW, AJM are set a target no. of defects to complete within the possession window. To date there have been no Safety incidents, nuisance and or complaints from public or ST operators and preservation of existing environment.
